1. Definitions
“Services” means any legal consultations, content, tools, or communications provided by the Firm on or off the Website. “User” means any person accessing the Website or using the Services.
2. Scope of Services & No Attorney–Client Relationship
Use of the Website does not create an attorney–client relationship unless a written engagement agreement is executed with the Firm. Information published is for general purposes and does not constitute legal advice.
3. Eligibility & Acceptable Use
- You are of legal age and have capacity to contract.
- You will not misuse the Website or violate laws or third-party rights.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
4. Accounts & Communications
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your account. Communications via the Website may be monitored for follow-up and quality in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Consultations or Services may be subject to fees specified in an official proposal or engagement letter. Fees are payable in the currency and method stated therein. Taxes and government charges may apply under applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. UAE courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising herefrom.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting on the Website with an updated Effective Date.

الشروط والأحكام
1. التعريفات
“الخدمات”: أي استشارات قانونية، محتوى، أدوات، أو تواصل يقدّمه المكتب عبر الموقع أو خارجه. “المستخدم”: كل من يصل إلى الموقع أو يستخدم الخدمات.
2. نطاق الخدمات وعدم قيام علاقة محامٍ–عميل
لا يُنشئ استخدام الموقع أي علاقة محامٍ–عميل ما لم يُبرم اتفاق توكيل خطي وصريح مع المكتب. تُقدّم المعلومات المنشورة لأغراض عامة ولا تُعدّ نصيحة قانونية.
3. الأهلية والاستخدام المقبول
- تُقر بأنك بلغت السن القانونية ولديك الأهلية للتعاقد.
- تتعهد بعدم إساءة استخدام الموقع أو انتهاك القوانين أو حقوق الغير.
- قد نعلّق أو نُنهي الوصول عند مخالفة هذه الشروط.
4. الحسابات والتواصل
أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات الدخول وأي أنشطة تتم عبر حسابك. قد تُراجع الاتصالات عبر الموقع لأغراض المتابعة والجودة وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
5. الرسوم والدفع
قد تخضع الاستشارات أو الخدمات لرسوم تُحدّد مسبقًا في عرض رسمي أو اتفاق توكيل. تُسدّد الرسوم بالعملة والوسيلة الموضّحتين فيه. قد تُطبّق ضرائب ورسوم حكومية وفق القوانين السارية.
6. الملكية الفكرية والمحتوى
جميع المواد المنشورة على الموقع (النصوص، الشعارات، التصميمات…) مملوكة للمكتب أو مرخّصة له ومحميّة بالقانون. لا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة نشرها دون إذن خطي مسبق.
7. الروابط وأدوات الأطراف الثالثة
قد يتضمن الموقع روابط أو أدوات لأطراف ثالثة. لسنا مسؤولين عن محتواها أو سياساتها ويقع استخدامها على مسؤوليتك.
8. إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدّم الموقع “كما هو”. لا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء أو انقطاعه. إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، نخلي مسؤوليتنا عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناشئة عن الاستخدام.
9. التعويض
توافق على تعويض المكتب وموظفيه ووكلائه عن أي مطالبات أو خسائر تنشأ عن خرقك لهذه الشروط أو إساءة استخدام الموقع.
10. القوانين والاختصاص القضائي
تُفسّر هذه الشروط وتُنفّذ وفق قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. تختص محاكم الإمارات بنظر أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.
11. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وتصبح التعديلات نافذة عند نشرها على الموقع مع تاريخ سريان محدث.
